Charlie Baker: If repeal effort is successful, I'll file legislation to put Springfield casino back on the map

If the effort to repeal the casino effort passes in November, and Republican Charlie Baker also becomes governor, he will work legislatively to authorize the already Springfield-approved MGM Resorts International project in the city's South End.
